FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you might want to know about Nightnote — what it is, how Nino remembers you, and what stays private. If something's missing, we're a message away.

What is Nightnote?

Nightnote is an astrology-first companion app. The stars start the conversation, and Nino — your companion — is there to talk it through or just listen. It's a quiet, private space that remembers you over time.

Who is Nino?

Nino is your companion inside Nightnote — the voice you write to or speak with. Nino reads the sky in plain language and picks up where you last left off, so a conversation feels continuous rather than starting from scratch each time.

Does it really remember me?

Yes — memory is the whole point. Nino keeps what matters to you and picks the thread back up next time, so you're not re-explaining yourself. What's remembered is yours to see, and yours to clear.

Is my data private?

Your conversations are yours — private, and never sold. They aren't mined for ads or handed to third parties. You can read the full detail in Privacy & Terms.

What is the daily card?

A daily card is a small moment to pause. You pull today's card, sit with a short reflective prompt, and — if you feel like it — talk about it with Nino. It's a ritual, not a to-do.

What is my night sky?

Your night sky is a roamable map that grows with you. Milestones become stars, and over time those stars form constellations you can drift through. It's a picture of your own journey, kept in the sky.

Do I need my exact birth time?

No. A date is enough to begin. Adding your birth time and place makes the chart more specific to you, but both are optional — you can add them whenever you like.

Is it free?

It's free to begin — the daily card, a conversation with Nino, and basic memory. Premium opens deeper memory, unlimited chat, and full cosmic context. See Pricing for the detail.

Is Nightnote therapy?

No. Nightnote is an astrology-first companion, not a clinical service. It offers astrological and reflective insights based on historical calculations, and does not constitute financial, legal, or medical advice.
